Sept. 12, 2008 - 5:00 p.m., 1336 Spring Garden, sponsored by FOP Lodge #5; beer & food & entertainment, $15; all proceeds to Nazario Family.
 
 
Captain McDowell was not in attendance.  The meeting was led by Officer Ace Delgado.
 
Be on the alert!  There have been increases in armed robberies along the South Broad corridor from South Street down to Snyder Avenue.  Likewise, car break-ins are up all over the 3rd District, so please remember to remove GPS systems and personal items from your car before you lock it up for the night!
 
Much of this criminal activity is being committed by those who are also violating curfew laws.  Don't forget to call 911 if you spot young people hanging or strolling around after curfew deadlines!
